1. What Booklong does

Booklong is booking software used by independent businesses. It gives each business a private booking storefront link they can share with their own customers.

2. Businesses and services

Businesses listed on Booklong are independent providers. They are responsible for their services, prices, availability, staff, premises, licences, safety practices, cancellation policies and customer support.

Booklong does not verify legal identity, business registration, professional qualifications, trademark ownership, service quality or provider conduct. A connected channel status means only that Booklong established control of that specific phone number or social account through the approved process.

3. Payments

Unless a clearly labelled Booklong subscription or sandbox flow applies, service payments are arranged directly between customers and providers. Booklong does not take commission, hold provider funds or guarantee a provider's service or refund.

Booklong provides booking tools for independent businesses. Service quality, pricing, cancellations and payment arrangements are between the customer and the business. Booklong does not take commissions from service bookings.

4. Bookings

A booking is subject to provider availability and is confirmed only when the booking screen or notification says it is confirmed. Customers must provide accurate contact information and follow the provider's booking, cancellation and attendance terms.

5. Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers represent a service arrangement with the named provider. The provider controls payment confirmation, service delivery and applicable expiry or cancellation terms. Vouchers must not be copied, sold, altered or redeemed more than once.

6. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, upload unlawful or infringing content, misuse personal information, interfere with availability, manipulate bookings or attempt to access another account or business.

7. Accounts and changes

Keep account credentials secure. Booklong may suspend access for fraud, abuse, security concerns or material breach. We may update the platform and these terms as the service develops, with the current version posted here.
