Booklong
Privacy policy
Last updated: 15 September 2026
1. Information we collect
We collect account details, booking details, contact information provided for an appointment, provider business information, channel ownership verification records, service content, reports, reviews and technical information needed to operate and secure Booklong.
2. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, operate bookings, notify customers and providers, review provider applications, prevent abuse, provide support, process provider subscriptions and improve the platform.
3. Sharing
Booking details are shared with the relevant provider so the appointment can be delivered. Provider pages may display information the provider chooses to publish. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, maps, notifications and payments where required to operate the requested feature.
4. Channel ownership verification
Booklong may verify that a business account controls a phone number or connected social account. This does not verify legal identity, business registration, trademark ownership, professional qualifications or service quality.
5. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed for bookings, legal, security, dispute and operational purposes. We use access controls and reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can update account and business information through the app and request account deletion where available. Some booking, payment, safety or legal records may need to be retained or de-identified.
7. Third-party links
Maps, ride services, payment providers and social sharing open third-party services. Their own privacy policies apply when you leave Booklong or use those services.
8. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, use the support channel made available in the app and include the account email and request details.
